So James and Ed found my journal, which is going to lead me to lock it up from now (or at least everytime I mention them.) Because they are losers (and also university always seems to get dull late afternoon) they started to read it all starting from the very beginning. James even has a file on his computer where he has cut and posted the most ( Read more... )

Dear ratzcrackers,

My comment was defensive and gently corrective. When did this turn into an immature insult-slinging battle? For I assume that is what your comment is.

Did my mother ever dress me up? Are you asking if I am repressed? Or introverted? For an example of repression, I direct you to http://ratzcrackers.livejournal.com/, home of a self-admitted 'self-obsessed' 'whining' introvert whose closest attachment to real life is a direct debit for a paid-for livejournal account.

Clogs? Are you asking if I am Dutch? Perhaps a reference to my liberal attitude towards the World Wide Web?

Or, my mother? Perhaps some odd variant on the 'your mum' joke? Mother jokes are a dangerous tactic around people you don't know. For all you do know, my mother could be dead.

If you wish to make a point, please don't make it by proxy. Of course, if the question was meant literally, I apologise, and will answer: no, she did not. If you don't want to make a point related to the discussion at hand, please run back to your private shrink and whine about me to your closest friends.

Yours faithfully
James

Your last comment was a sentence fragment; you should consider revising.

Do you watch the Simpsons?

If yes, http://www.simpsoncrazy.com/episodeguide.php?episode=CABF14: "[...] Linguo: Sentence fragment. / Lisa: 'Sentence fragment' is also a sentence fragment. [...]". Nice steal.

If no, please don't repeat my joke. Especially directly after it.

James
