back in hayward for FALL QUARTER 2005
weeee! i FINALLY have internet! that only took, like, a week. haha. but seriously, i was so worried that i wouldnt get it for a long time because apparently, something broke in the servers and they were saying things like "a month or so" that really scared me. but, lo and behold, i opened up my browser on a whim and here we are with the internet action!
so anyway, fall quarter. wee. so far ive only had a couple classes, but it seems like it will be a good quarter, i hope (i'll post my schedule later). i auditioned for the jazz bands on wednesday and got into jazz band again, like last year. i was hoping for jazz workshop, but its all good. jonathan was hoping for ensemble, which is the highest group, but ended up in band with me again this year. he was more than disappointed. but his birthday is tomorrow, so i hope he'll cheer up. :)
this weekend is gonna be soooo busy. tomorrow i have to be in newark at 6:30am for a parade. my band from my church is gonna be involved, so i have to be there to run sound and stuff. its gonna be interesting. THEN, on sunday, i have to be in newark at about that time again for this massive service involving my church and 2 others at the hilton hotel. again, my band is playing and im running sound for them. gonna be quite a weekend. not very relaxing. :P but hopefully, erin will come visit the weekend after and make things better! hehe.
so i guess thats about it. nothing really to report except that im trying to keep myself busy with stuff so i dont get bored/depressed. also, monica and anthony have their hands full with ORA and RA respectively. our newest roommate is pretty cool and i hope we can all get along well enough.
