OK, so I've been tagged by my good friend Brian to do this little meme thing here. So, here goes:

RULES: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things/little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 5 people to be tagged and list their names.

1. I absolutely cannot stand watching other people play video games. I don't mind playing, especially if it's classic nintendo stuff, but watching other people play sporting games, racing games, or shoot 'em up action games is totally boring to me.

2. I read the book "Gone With the Wind" in the sixth grade, right after watching the movie one night when my parents were playing bridge. I was moved to tears and have loved the story and characters ever since.

3. My first kiss was in the sixth grade with Neil Boardman in the courtyard of my elementary school. We were pushed together by a mob of people and french kissed right there in front of God and everybody.

4. I have a weakness for totally impractical items: scented lotions, pretty notebooks and journals, pajama pants, nail polish (I have over 60 different shades).

5. I love baths but rarely take them.

6. When I was in high school, I wrote a letter to the editor of the Greenville newspaper that was published. They also took my picture and put it along side my letter. About 10 people cut out that column and gave it to me and my parents.

7. I am really bad about pretending I don't see someone in public and acting surprised when they speak to me.

8. I broke my arm in the first grade after tripping over a tape recorder that was left on the floor at dance class. So much for grace!

9. I have a bunch of medals from competing in oratory contests. I wrote and gave speeches for the Optimist Club's annual oratorical contest. I went as far as the state competition one year.

10. When I was young, I wanted to be a Solid Gold Dancer when I grew up.

I tag anyone on my f-list who wants to do it!
