Internet Blocks FTL
Reason #57 it's awesome and win to be a nerd: most places that like to block social networking sites tend to ignore LiveJournal. So... that's my excuse for writing on LJ right now. I can't Facebook. :(
Oh, well. I should write here more often anyway. But oddly I don't feel like writing.... I feel a little drained, but I'll squeeze out a short update for y'all who don't see me very often anymore.
As one can probably tell from my last entry, this semester has been killing me. But the light at the end of the tunnel is finally starting to glimmer in the distance. Only 1.5 more weeks of classes, then finals. The major stress right now is trying to finish all the materials for my 2 online classes and then put all m energy into cramming for my 4 other upcoming tests. It'll be a whirlwind few weeks. But for now I do get a bit of a break: the reason I'm sitting in the airport using crappy free Wifi that won't let me get on Facebook is that I'm on my way home for Thanksgiving! And I'm so excited! I get to see my family and a few friends who I haven't seen in August, eat home-cooking for more than one meal consecutively, which hasn't happened since August, and wake up in the morning to something other than my cell phone alarm. (By "something other" I mean more natural things, like the sunlight through my window, or a cat chewing on my face.)
But anyway... I've got about an hour before I need to be climbing on the plane, so I'm off to squeeze in a little studying. Happy Thanksgiving everyone, if I don't get a chance to write tomorrow.
