my neighbor is PSYCHOTIC!! i'm about to risk my life to take her to eastern state myself. and if i didn't think she'd kill me or burn my house down (or both), i would have opened the door at four this morning and told her to stop screaming and acting like a little kid just because her boyfriend got a little sense knocked into him and said he'd rather be arrested and taken to jail than live with her any longer.
