my donna reed day
it was a beautiful day today.
I did six loads of laundry.
I vacuumed the entire downstairs and my bedroom.
I mopped all mop-able surfaces.
I made a cotton voile petticoat for my late 18c ensemble. And even hemmed it. and it has stripes.
I took a shower and vigorously exfoliated. And used a pumice on my feet. And managed to remove a small layer of skin from the top of my big toe. And then I put on my cute new nightgown from my roommates:
Oh, and I made dinner. Halibut steaks with mushroom and garlic quinoa. And string beans. And one of my special potato dishes.
And then I baked a pumpkin pie.
I feel like I should starch something next.
