so my alternating studying with sewing the lime green petticoat plan didn't go so well.
the organza is really difficult to fold under evenly for flat-felling seams. If I had realized this earlier, I would have french seamed them, but now it is too late. the fabric is also too sheer to not be meticulously tidy about this.
I even tried ironing the folds in, but that is still giving me trouble.
with this giant exam looming over me in (eep!) one week, I really can't take the time to fuss with stubborn fabric.
where are the ironing gnomes when I need them?
