I think I'll make something too...
Hey everyone! I'm thinking about making some bracelets to sell to benefit Japan. Although I haven't physically made them, I know how and what I'm going to use. So I will describe them, and if anyone is interested please let me know. I will not be keeping any of the money from the sell, and will either be sending it through Show Your Heart, or the Red Cross here through their special link for Japan.
Ok, the first one will be a red quartz heart and opalite heart bracelet, basically the same colors as the Japanese flag. And the second one is a little more GACKT inspired, as it will have square onyx and round moonstone. Not only is he a "moon" for many, one of the stones for his astrological sign is moonstone, and most of us know why he uses onyx. They will both be on nylon coated steel wire, and finished with sterling silvers findings. I haven't decided how much to sell them for, but since I won't be keeping any, the price isn't going to be huge or anything.
If anyone is interested, please let me know. I will be going shopping for these stones tomorrow, so I will know for sure if I can make them or not. I do so hope they have what I'm looking for.
