Yay me!
I finally made the bracelets for some friends that I said I would. 2 of them are friends around where I live, and 2 friends are online. I feel quite accomplished ^_^. It makes me happy that once I sit down and start working on them, what stones I want to use and everything just come to me so naturally. It doesn't take long to make them either, given that it just flows freely. I am quite happy with the finished products ^_^. Of course, some things I would have liked to do differently, like stone size and all that, but with what I had, I'm happy ^_^. I even was able to make myself another choker too ^_^.
I had to go downtown to buy more stuff for them, and picked up some snowflake obsidian, garnet, and malachite...OMG! The malachite was SO expensive! And they no longer have just plain onyx beads :(. But I'm glad I had enough in my old bracelet to make G's bracelet. I wonder if the bday package has already gotten there.....oh tangent...Sorry about that XD.
I saw the pic of G trying to fold himself in half XD...part of me was all like *drool*, and the other part wanted to fuss at him XD. But, that's our G, and we wouldn't change him for the world ^_^.
If anyone missed it, I dyed my hair red XD...It's not horribly bright or anything, but I like it, it came out good ^_^. Takes forever though, but that's ok, cuz I like it XD.
I'll post pics of the new jewelry and my hair soon ^_^.
