frustration abounds....
i didn't exactly come here for the job, this is common knowledge. however, since it's a good chunk of my day i'd like it to be worth my time. these days i've been completely frustrated with the ridiculousness of it all.
for example, i've had 2 bosses in the last 9 mths. the most recent one is leaving in less than 2 weeks with no replacement named as of yet. she was given 3 hours of training when she took over, which is ridiculous. this place could be top 5 in the country, no doubt. it'd be easy. i've suggested many projects to clean the place up and make it easier. i don't understand. what's the point of hiring me, when you won't let me do my job?
