Okay, so this is the other serial type fic I have going. Again, I will link to my journal. This one is darker than Taking in Strays. Fair warning.

Summary: The more things change, the more things... well change. As seems to be the case with anyone who has anything to do with the Doctor, you can never count on one's life remaining the same from moment to moment. Especially when old enemies come calling.
This is definitely an AU.
The pairing will be 10/SJ. And I've changed history a bit - because 11 doesn't work, but basically 10 didn't regenerate.
