Everyone's favourite news resource, http://www.sarahjanetv.blogspot.com, has updated with news of a second series (sadly, the news is 'probably not' - maybe they're giving the whole franchise a rest? it would explain why Torchwood is airing in '08), as well as some more episode spoilers and details of Sarah's forthcoming Classic Who dvd releases.
The trailer has aired, although apparently only one the CBBC channel before 7am. Well, that's one way of getting me up in the mornings...Screencaps and promo pictures have been posted on SJA.TV and the OG forums and are reposted below. Credit is due to whoever posted them!

Unfortunately, the trailers aren't up online yet. Hopefully someone will catch them when they start airing at decent times.
