I have no idea what's considered a spoiler and what isn't, but the questions below the cut relate to Adric, Sarah Jane and general Old School Who as well as a slight spoiler for the ending of the first Tennant season.

Adric was well after Sarah. She was a companion of the third and fourth Doctors, while he travelled with Five (although he initially met Four, and saw him regenerate.)

The only other companions who have died in tv canon are Katarina and Sara Kingdom, both in the First Doctor story "The Daleks' Master Plan". (Although it's questionable whether Sara Kingdom should actually count as a companion, since she had only just met the Doctor and no one knows if she would have accompanied him afterwards.)

I've always been intrigued by the thought of Sarah Jane finding Rose's name on the casualty list, so I look forward to reading this if you do it.

Adric was a companion well after her time. (In terms of Earth history, he died millions of years before she was born - he's the thing that killed the dinosaurs. No, seriously.) She might have found out in the events of The Five Doctors, though, or her K9 might have known Adric, since he overlapped with one of the K9s. However, given that she worked for a military organization with the third Doctor, I imagine she saw an awful lot of people she considered her co-workers and friends killed because of him. And, of course, she saw the Doctor die. (Traveling with the Doctor used to be a much more dangerous thing, to be honest. Companions used to be much more active in the dangerous stuff and went off on their own a lot more, and weren't ever sent home when it got really dangerous, so I imagine she made peace with her own death, or Harry's, multiple times over.)

This is certainly true. I still think Sarah would feel especially for Rose, since they obviously ended up identifying with each other quite a lot.

FWIW, Harry is considered MIA if you believe the audios - presumably because you'd need an explanation for him not being around since they were friends with benefits, obv and Ian Marter died a good few years back. If that helps?

A spoiler, like an obscenity, is defined according to the standards of the community.
In online Doctor Who fandom, if you can imagine that someone might consider it a spoiler you're right.

Sarah Jane joined the Doctor in The Time Warrior
and departed at the end of Hand of Fear.
Adric joined the Doctor in Full Circle
and was killed at the end of Earthshock.
