Car update
I called Autopac (the insurance company for the province) and they don't have to do an assessment of my car like they would in the case of an accident because all that is damaged is the window. They faxed the information over to the dealership where my dad works and I get to take it in on Thursday to be fixed. For now I have a cardboard window with BRIGHT lime green tape around the edges covering the hole.
I had a funny conversation with my mom last night about cars. She said that now that she's bought the Avenger and is trading in the PT she feels weird about the car and how its not hers, blah blah blah...just how it won't be the same. I said to her, your car doesn't feel the same?? mine has a hole in it. May not seem funny now, but it was at the time.
Went for lunch at Steve's place and he helped me clean the glass out of my car. I was supposed to do it last night but I didn't get around to it, and tonight I'm taking my 3 cousins to the advanced screening of Bee Movie ( I won passes!!). I can't very well have a 6 and 7 year old in the back seat with glass everywhere. I'm going to have to put a towel down still though because there are itty bitty pieces stuck into the fabric that only seem to come out when you touch them....hence why I have bandaids on almost all my fingers right now...lousy broken window.
Its weird, I'm going between these stages of major anger towards what happened, and then other times its a joke. I dunno. I guess I'm just weird. Anyway, when I get home from the movie tonight I'll post pics of my car and its rediculous temporary window. ttyl
