(no subject)
what an exhausting 24 hours. Ok, well its a little over 24 hours at this point but whatever. I worked last night from 9pm-7am continuing the mosquito fogging. Our crew finished up all the little stuff from the night before and all the new stuff assigned to us. So I get home and talked with my mom for a bit, crashed around 8:30am, accidentally fell back asleep when my mom called to wake me at 11. Woke up at quarter to 1pm when my aunt called me and I ran out of the house. I had to help with my cousin's 6th birthday party today. They had 15 kids there and it was Shrek themed. It went really well and all the kids were super well behaved! After the kids left, I crashed for a bit and then my parents and my grandpa showed up for the family portion of the party. We had BBQ for lunch and dinner and so help me God if I see another hot dog again it will be too soon! lol. I also negotiated with my aunt and uncle and they gave/sold/traded me their 27" TV that they don't want anymore. So if I give them money for it they don't want anything til the fall, or I may just do some baby sitting for them. We'll see how it works out
I really am beginning to think that I've been abandoned by my SPLJ4 buddy. I have heard nothing from her since the May package. I mean I'm not expecting an e-mail a day, but one every week or two would be nice. If she has dropped me it would be nice to know just so I'm not wondering so much. On the other hand, my buddy got her package today and from what she posted she is in total love with it! I'm very happy that she likes everything I've been spoiling her with.
For the long weekend, they've made the shifts funny, so I still have to work tonight at the city, but instead of working 9pm-7am its just 1am-7am. Kind of worked out well because then I got some family time in. Tomorrow I get home at 7am and then my parents and my grandpa are going to Brandon to see Josh. I'm thinking I may go aswell depending on how tired I am. I don't really want to be stuck at home all by myself but then again I don't want to be too exhausted for work. I'll decide in the morning and see how I feel. Anyway, I'm off to make coffee and watch a little tv on my NEW 27" TV!!!!
