What do you draw from? a photo? or a live model?
What do you do before you start your drawing? or do you just jump right in?
What mediums do you use?

I draw from real life, thats me, i do draw from photos but i haven't in ages its so frustrating not haveing all the angles right there like you just can't get inside a photo....though i do like taking them.
Before i start drawing....i do nothing so i guess i jump right in, at the moment i am using alot of vine charcoal and compressed but i am not very limited i use anything and everything, which i am finding out isn't that commen as lot of people find it hard to move medias but i love doing it so uh i don't know does that answer anything....i went and saw your stuff and i am adding you becuase we artists have to stick together.
Whats your prefered media?
where does your art come from?

I was going to answer that, if you just jump right in, your angles may be out because of no construction lines. I read you were taking an art course, so hopefully they should teach you some techniques like measurments with the pencil/charcoal and placements etc.

Thats cool, i like having more friends.

I usually draw from photos, i find it much easier.
I seem to jump straight in, i always start with the eyes... once i have them placed in the right spot i can measure distances and everything else from the eye positions... its just practice i guess.
For drawing i stick to pencil, its not as messy compaired to charcoal, thats for sure. Also its easier to erase if u stuff up, though i try avoid using an eraser at all costs. Then i colour digitally in photoshop.
