Re-reading the Harry Potter series in its entirety. I haven't read some of them in what seems like forever! And I find it particularly funny that I decide to read them now when for a whole college semester, my Harry Potter class had them as required reading. Nah, I'll just wait till summer to do that, thanks. Also: I wish I had that case for them! How cool is that? I just have the first 4 packaged together and the rest are individually bought. LAME.
Alex has gotten my into the cartoon Avatar in a really bad way. Sure, it's done for kids but I'm already through the first season and it's GREAT. The animation is done superbly (the backgrounds are downright beautiful sometimes), the story is well written, and it's actually made me laugh. YES, something recent from Nickelodeon has made me laugh. Alex and I have taken to spending our late nights watching it.
AND LOOK AT THIS CUTE CREATURE? WHO CAN SAY NO TO APPA, THE FLYING BISON?
Having a huge stuffed Appa is now a life goal of mine. Too bad they're over $65...
I also spend way too much time working at Panera Bread. Yeah, I'm thankful I have a job...but I think I'm in the market for a new part-time, minimum-wage time-killer.
