Language can be a funny thing!

I spotted an amusing mistake in some of my pupils' homework.
'K' followed by 'I' in Kinyarwanda is a 'ch' sound, as in Kigali (pron. Chigali). This means, that quite often, people say 'chichen' (kitchen) in English, But I got better than that last week...
When revising 'jobs', one of the questions was 'What does a cook do?', to which they wrote, 'he works in a chicken' !!  Haha, never a dull moment :-)
