you know what's funny?
you know what's funny? even though i have been h-o-r-r-i-b-l-e at updating/blogging/journalling, whatever you want to call it... i still occasionally think in blog posts. i really really would like to bring this back into my routine. once i get a routine, that is.
so my last post was sept 25th, which was the night before i got engaged... :) so even though the last thing on my blog said that i was unhappy, i've been pretty much floating on the clouds since then!
so my life in a nutshell since then: the boy (it has been suggested that he henceforth be called "the man" since his status has changed) swept me off my feet with a proposal that makes all women cry and all men a little upset at thinking how high the bar has been raised. seriously, it made the ladies in the bridal shop cry, and they do this for a living. i moved to portland two weeks ago and began the job hunt full force. 10 days later i had the promise of an offer! it's supposed to get to me today.
