I'm planning a wedding....
....And it's not even for pretends this time.
I wonder how many of you will even reconize me...it's my own fault really, considering my last post was April 16, 2008. O.O Wow, I've really failed this year with staying in contact with you guys. Life has just been...eventful. I've missed you all so much, and yes I've come back a few times to stalk you, and see what you've been up to...I really should have posted during all those times.
I don't think I could ever put down every single thing that has happend over this past year, mostly because I can't remember each and every single thing. But I can put down the big stuff...let's see where I left off...
April: Started talking to a guy on PoF.
May: Went to Colorado for a cousins wedding, caught the bouqet.
May: Went on a date with PoF guy, we went to Scarborough Ren. Fest, he was....nice....but omg.
May: My parents went to Berlin and London on a business trip/vacation...*me: insanely jealous..but cool about it*
May: Started talking to a chick from Craigslist, in the personals..cancelled our date a couple days before...she turned out to be weird...believed Oprah to truly be the anti-christ. O.o
June 8th: Was first contacted by Simon on PoF, I had favorited him a month or so before, and he wanted to say hello.
June: Talked to Simon, all the time.
June: Started making plans for Simon to visit for Thanksgiving, after only two weeks of talking.
July: Started having new house built..was supposed to be done, three months later....still isn't.
July: Continued to talk to Simon, all the time, he is my soulmate after all.
July 30th Offically put relationship status to "in a relationship" on facebook and myspace.
Aug.-Sep.: Talked to Simon, talked about getting married and him moving here..well actually probably a lot sooner than that.
Oct.: Started rehearsals for christmas play at the bookstore.
Oct.: Had baby tooth removed to help adult tooth come down....still hasn't...still look like a fucking hick.
Oct.: Still talked to Simon, got dressed up for halloween, our duck was shot in the leg, we had to have reconstructive surgery done on her...she's still crippled.
Nov. 25th: Simon came over from England, parents surprised us with a stay in a hotel for a couple days, lost my virginity within four hours of meeting him in person for the first time.
Nov.-Dec. 16th: Was the happiest I've ever been...celebrated Yule with Simon in a ritual...was a complete mess saying goodbye, spent the last two weeks crying and moping, or happy and planning.
Dec.: Found out what all we have to do/pay for his immigration here....utterly fucking assinine, but well worth it.
Dec.: Started planning our wedding and handfasting ceremonies..we have to have separate ones due to family *sighs* *not officially engaged-would have been in December, if not for lack of money*
Jan.: Started a new year: still not employed, licensed to drive, or going to school. Have: met love of my life and soulmate, lost my virginity, and gotten unofficially engaged.
There you go, that is the quick version of my year, there were plenty of things here and there that I would have told you about if I remembered all of them. I'll do another post, just about myself and Simon, and let you see all kinds of pics and stuff.
