Terrible Tuesday (not really)
Cold status: Still snotty but progressing to grinding cough stage. I think I'm beating it.
Last night after work Mark and I went to Target. I got a rolling pin, he got some Oreos and since I couldnt find a cat costume for Scruffy, Cypress got a much-needed toy-update...
His favorite toy is his Gator... Here's the old vs. the new...
That ghost of a gator on the left he's had for about 10 months I think. It's completely flat and the squeaker was pulled out long ago. I'm not looking forward to picking up the new gator's stuffing for the next 10 months but to see the look on Cyp's face when he first saw the fresh gator - totally worth it.
Here he is getting the new one for the first time. (When I have kids I really hope they give up their old toys this easily...)
After the gator fun it was time to get down to business.
While Mark wrote a paper I made a (cheddar, mushroom & turkey bacon) quiche! I was very surprised that it turned out PERFECTLY! I think quiche may be my calling.
And look how cute!
