a rather large update
wow. i haven't updated in 19 days. I guess i must have been really busy, but now that it comes down to it, I can't remember WHY I have been busy. hmm.
spring break was awesome. hung out with jane and chantelle like every night, had lacrosse practice, went to mill avenue, and got yelled at by chantelle's grandmama. I think i'm on some kind of downward spiral, because basically every person who either introduces me to their relatives, or even tells their relative about me, informs me that said relatives don't like me very much. This is very bizarre, because before this began, i was liked by family members of friends, and i liked them in return. Strange how this has happened...i guess i could think this means im becoming a cool teenager, rebellious and disliked by all adults, mwhaha. But the reality of it is that Im kinda upset, and wish i could make them like me. So the question begs to be asked: Have I somehow transformed into unlikeable hell-beast?
Alright, on to other things. Im really enjoying lacrosse, it's some much fun this year! We've had so much drama, but it's fun drama, not like breaking up drama or fighting with friends drama. I seriously love Jane and Chantelle, and pretty much all the other girls on the team. Our coach is awesome too, so cool...and i guess it helps that he's really hot ;) Alas, if only i was older...hahaha. oh, and a side note--thank you to Eric for being our only lacrosse groupie!
And it's finally over. Silver Circle has been completed, and am now an accomplished debutante. Hurrah! Now, if it was 1804 instead of 2004, I'd probably be engaged or somesuch thing...or at least been proposed to. And the sad thing is, I'm not kidding. Those girls used to get engaged just days after their "coming out". Lucky me, however, as it IS 2004, and I have new prospects for dating, not marriage. Hope at least one of these guys works out...but for now, yay! for being a singleton. Oh, and i found the prettiest prom dress ever online, but it's v. expensive and i don't even know if I'm going. But i talked to my mom, and she said i could buy it and just wear it next year. That's kinda random but i dunno, i just enjoy the dress and livejournal is supposed to be about things you enjoy in life,so ya.
This is getting kinda long, so i'll just talk about my day real quick and wrap it up. Went to starbucks this morning (love Chai!), went to school (wish i was graduating!), spilt water all over myself in my car (damn you snowbirds!), went to sonic (begged eric and marty to come to RE), and finally got my mom's car washed (waited for a looong time and was freaked out by creepy guy who kept looking at me and wringing his hands in manner of ian tendick or similar). And i'm spent.
