merry christmas to everyone, and happy hannukah too (i think i spelled it right.....) anyway, this christmas was awesome. guess what i got..............an electric guitar!!!! i am actually holding it in my lap right now. actually that's probably cuz i was just playing it. it's really sweet tho. it's pink, not hot pink, but better....it is like pretty pink. it reminds of.....a vintage guitar almost, because of the color. i'm not really sure why....anyway, of course i got an amp with it, and a strap and some new picks and a new tuner that works way better than my other one, and all that crap that you need with a guitar. they are high-maintenance, man! :-) anyway, i also got an old movie....funny cuz i was just saying how i wanted to watch one, but nobody would know what it is because i had never even heard of it. sounds good, though. what else....well, i got a whole bag full of shoes, and my mom wrote on the bag "every girls' dream come true!" boy, she got that right. i got some piano/guitar music, my bro got me a pistons shirt and red wings pj's, i got some clothes of course, and some ballet pictures and dance poster thingys to put in my room, a new jacket, etc. actually, that's pretty much it. i got some other little things, but that would bore you to death :-) this christmas was the first christmas that i actually went shopping for my family with NO HELP!! (actually, claire went with me one day which was totally awesome, but we only ended up buying like one thing. that's ok though. we enjoyed our sushi.) i got my bro like 10 packs of baseball cards, and some old baseball pictures, i got my dad a game that has to do with guessing songs and what-not because he loves doing that, and also a book called "the top 10 of everything: the ultimate book of lists" because he is a list person. he already started quizzing us on stuff. i got my mom a book and some bracelets. it was way fun, but now i am broke. actually, that's a lie. i have money......in the bank! i am saving it. i have forbidden myself from taking any money out of savings unless absolutely necessary!!! we'll see how long that lasts......
anyway, i should get back to my guitar now. it is still on my lap. my mom said i would probably sleep with it in my bed tonight.....maybe she is right. haha jk of course. that would be a little weird....uncomfortable.....loud.
