Another tough one. I love sooo many episodes (Boom Town, Parting of the Ways, School Reunion, The Girl in the Fireplace, Smith and Jones, Blink, Utopia, Voyage of the Damned, Partners in Crime, The Doctor's Daughter, The End of Time II, The Eleventh Hour - just to name a few of my faves), but since I again can only pick one I have to chose:
The Stolen Earth/Journey's End
I know, it's still not just 1 episode, but it's one story. Those 2 eps belong together and are my all time faves simply because they have sooo many of my fave characters. :-) The story is great as well.
The only thing I would want to change is the ending. In my own perfect world I'd have them all stay with the doctor somehow. :-)) Or at least Donna and Rose. Martha & Mickey could have stayed as well, or gone with Jack to join Torchwood. As long as they would have still been in one of the shows I would have been perfectly happy. Sarah Jane is allowed to leave because she has her own show, too. :-))
The other doctor has to stay in this reality as well, so that when 10 regenerates into 11 we still have a 10 around. :-))
