Day 1:
- the SGC was attacked and destroyed: chapter 1
Day 3:
- General Jack O'Neill starts recruiting and invites Lt. Colonel Sarah MacKenzie to join the Stargate program: chapter 1
Day 5:
- Martha Jones starts working for the Stargate program, as mentioned in chapter 5
Day 6:
- SG-1 returns from their trip on the General Hammond's test flight: chapter 2
- the new recruits come to Atlantis for some tests: chapter 2
- an ancient device is triggered and malfunctions, bringing people and other creatures to Atlantis: chapter 2, chapter 3, chapter 4. chapter 5
- the new recruits, the arrivals and the members of the Stargate program deal with the effects of the ancient device: chapter 3, chapter 4, chapter 5, chapter 6, chapter 7
- new recruits: Lt. Colonel Sarah MacKenzie, Captain Jason Becker, Captain Rachel Berenson, Colonel Jack O'Neill (the clone), Lt. Cassandra Fraiser and some others

- John, Cam & Rodney go to Torchwood 1 in London to start a cooperation, where they meet Sally Sparrow, Lois Habiba and Ianto Jones. They encounter the Weeping Angels and offer Sally, Lois & Ianto jobs: chapter 10, chapter 11, chapter 12
- Sam, Daniel, Stephen & Becker go to the Arc in London and manage to start a promising cooperation: chapter 10, chapter 11
- Mac goes to London to visit Harm: chapter 10, chapter 12
- Sora leaves the infirmary and goes back to a cell: chapter 12
- Lorne & Fred have lunch. She passed her psych evaluation and wants to join a team: chapter 12
- Sheila wants to join a team: chapter 13
- Cam & Sheila meet John in the infirmay and he recognizes Sheila: chapter 13
- Elizabeth leaves the infirmary. John takes her to her room. She misinterprets their relationship and kisses him: chapter 13

Day 9:
- 1st missions:

* SG-2 is attacked by locals and has to abandon the mission: chapter 14
* SG-3 is invited to join a local Harvest Festival and trading negotiations start. The leader of the villages shows John an ancient city. In the meantime Stephen is accused of attempted rape and sentenced to be beheaded. Rachel morphs to save him and reveals her secret to her team. chapter 14 & chapter 15
* SG-4 meets and captures 2 of the new enemies: chapter 15
