Summary: When Castiel tries to open purgatory something goes terribly wrong. Realities start to collide and bleed into each other. People from different worlds have to start working together to try and save their worlds, but will they manage to undo the damage already done or will they have to learn to live in damaged and chaotic worlds that defy everything they were used to?

Yeah, another Fanfic Series… It popped up in my head while writing ‘It’s Far From Over’. My mind just suddenly started to wonder what might happen if Castiel’s attempt to open purgatory hadn’t ended as nicely as it did in ‘It’s Far From Over’, and a whole new Fanfic Series was born very quickly. I know I should be updating my other fics, but this is stuck in my head and won’t leave me alone until I at least write some of it.
This series will mostly consist of shorter ficlets that include only some of the characters listed. There will be an overall storyline, but most ficlets will stand on their own. I hope someone will like this Series. I know I am excited…

About the story:

It is set in a Multi-Verse. Because of Castiel’s actions several realities start to collide and merge, resulting in new worlds consisting of parts from different realities. Chaos ensues and lots of Crossovers happen (of course…). *g*

Animorphs:

Rachel Berenson: character profile

Rachel is an AU version of the character. She didn’t really die like in the books. When the Ellimist came to her and explained everything he offered Rachel a reward. She could live in another reality that was similar to her own, but where the Yeerks don’t exist. Rachel took the deal. She still remembers her life, but in addition also has memories of a normal life in the new reality. Those memories however seem surreal, because she knows she didn’t actually live that life.
About two years have passed since Rachel left her own world and nothing interesting has happened since then.
I haven’t read the Ellimist Chronicles yet, so nothing of that is relevant in my story.
Rachel is supposed to look like a model, so I picked the Germany’s Next Topmodel candidate Sarah Knappik to portray her. ;-)

Fred Burkle/Illyria: Fred character profile, Illyria character profile - In my story I will have an AU version of the characters. When Illyria took over Fred didn’t die, she was still inside her body, but repressed by Illyria. Illyria didn’t realize that, which means that everything that happened in the show did happen. The AU part starts afterwards. When Illyria met Willow, the witch noticed that something was wrong. By telling Illyria, that if she started to cooperate and share her body with Fred, they might become stronger and even get some of Illyria’s lost powers back, Willow managed to convince Illyria to let her help Fred. Now Fred & Illyria share one body.

Riley Finn: character profile

AU!Tara Maclay: character profile canon character - This Tara will be from an alternate reality in which she did not die. Instead Willow died in her world.

Willow Rosenberg: character profile - Willow is a watcher now.

AU!vamp!Willow Rosenberg: She was turned into a vampire when she was 23.

The BTVS/ATS characters come from several years after the end of both shows. Buffy & Willow are about 28 now, Dawn 22. AU for the comics. Giles opened a Slayer School in Cleveland after the Sunnydale hellmouth was closed. Slayers and new watchers are being trained there.
The AU characters all come from the same world. Some facts/backstory for that world:
- Buffy died at the end of s1
- Dawn is Faith’s sister, and the same age as Connor.
- Cordy really did wake up in ATS s5
- In ATS s4 it wasn't Cordy. Her body was posessed, while she was still a higher being, who was forbidden from checking in on her former friends. Once she did anyway she saw what happened and demanded to go back.
- After coming back Cordy managed to keep some of her knowledge of being a higher power. -> She knew a spell to give Angel a permanent soul.
- Dawn & Connor met in college
- When Willow was mortally wounded in the fight against Wolfram & Hart Angel turned her and they gave her a permanent soul, too.

Doctor Who/Torchwood:

His life pretty much happened like in the books, the AU world just has a different flow of time, which means that it is 1981 in his world. - He is portrayed by young Sirius.

The versions of Ginny & Hermione in my fic are canon except for the epilogue of Deathly Hallows, which does make them AU versions, I guess.
After the war Hermione decided to go back to Hogwarts and finish her school education together with Ginny. Meanwhile Harry & Ron started Auror training. Near the end of their first year in training Harry and Ron went with a group of Aurors to America to stop a rogue group of Death Eaters who attacked a school there. Harry & Ron died while fighting the Death Eaters.
About 4 years later Ginny & Hermione go to the US when the school that was mostly destroyed by the Death Eaters is about to be reopened. They are in America when the worlds collide.

Heroes of Olympus/Percy Jackson & the Olympians:

Percy comes from about 5 years after ‘the Mark of Athena’. It will be AU after that (I hope). For my story Percy made it through Tartarus alive, but unfortunately Annabeth didn’t. :-(

Stefan Salvatore: character profile

For Caroline, Elena, Damon & Stefan: canon up to 4.09 (simply because I came up with the idea after watching 4.09, when nothing more had aired). AU afterwards. Damon left Mystic Falls because of Elena’s sire bond to him. He wanted her to be as free of him as possible. Stefan left as well, in search for the cure for Elena. About 2 years have passed now. Elena & co are in college when the worlds collide.

True Blood/Southern Vampire Mysteries:

Eric Northman: character profile - The Eric in this fic is mostly the True Blood version. He might be influenced by the book, and he has an AU backstory, so let’s just say he is AU. AU backstory: Eric’s wife, when he was human, was an AU version of Rebekah Mikaelson from Vampire Diaries.

Jessica Hamby: character profile

Both characters come from the end of season 5 of True Blood.

Twilight:

Jacob Black: character profile - Jacob comes from after Eclipse, so he is AU for Breaking Dawn. He is still running away/hiding in wolf form when the worlds collide. Since Renesmee doesn’t even exist yet Jacob has not imprinted on her.
