Based on the first week's reading I have decided that I like legal theory for the following reasons:
1. The text apologises because "we can't sort you (like Hogwart's Sorting Hat), because this is a book about legal thoery"
2. It admits that the first chapter is perhaps a bit patronising.
3. There is a diagram of a Blooming Tree, based on Benjamin Bloom's theory of learning, complete with a "basket with some branches in it" symbolising those of us who fell out of the tree, mostly by trying to be too clever for our own good.
In other news the Comedy Store is official dead. How very strange indeed.
