(no subject)
i'm basically not going to be updating all week. i have SO MUCH TO DO.
my dance recital yesterday went really well. ballet was freaking hilarious because no one knew what they were doing. serves you right, liane. next time maybe you could actually teach. amazing grace was fabulous, devil was, well, devil. and tap was actually good, considering we had only learned the end of the production last week.
and then beth made a whole ceremony-ish for the seniors during the finale. me and sarah and stephanie didn't really like it. all the seniors were like "why are you crying?! you're not leaving." and that's just it. we're not leaving. they're leaving us, and there are only going to be three dancers in the senior company next year. that's so weird to think about. i've been dancing with the same group of people since 8th grade (and while that isn't a long time, we've been through a lot). right before amazing grace, we all realized that was going to be the last time we all danced together. sigh.
i've decided the seniors aren't going to leave. i'm going to put an end to this going-to-college nonsense.
