Time for a vacation overview because I know all of you are expecting me to write one. You expected correctly. Let's see if I can remember everything...
Thursday - Went to my cousins' house for Passover, stayed there until Saturday.
Friday - See above.
Saturday - See above. Also went to see Scary Movie 4, what a piece of shit.
Sunday - uhhhh I don't remember. This might have been when I had my 3 hour Starbucks chat with Ally. Yes, I think that's it.
Monday - Pshhh I don't remember. Oh, Hanna's for hot tubbing that night. But I don't remember anything about during the day.
Tuesday - Went hiking at Moose Hill, then slept at Becca's.
Wednesday - Stayed at Becca's for the morning, went to Emma's for a few hours, saw Wicked!
Thursday - Did various things with various people, locations include Starbucks, Meital's house, Deborah Sampson field, Cottage Street playground, and Meital's house again.
Friday - Went into Boston, then went to Anna's and watched Monty Python at night.
Saturday - Went shopping with the best people ever. "It's a dog-eat-dog world." :)
Sunday - Sat at home, did end-of-vacation homework.
How utterly uneventful.
So all in all, it was a good vacation. Some bad parts, but some terrific and fantabulous parts as well. I did a lot of illegal driving, developed an obsession with "Love Heals," went to Starbucks too much, and figured out what I'm doing with my summer.
I'm going to either Grenada or Brazil (second choice) to do community service, a.k.a. slave labor in the hot sun, with people I've never met before. I'm turning in my application waaaayyy late, considering it's the end of April, so I hope there's still room in the programs I want to do. This was such a spontaneous decision but I know this is what I want to spend my summer doing. I'll be leaving either June 24th or 25th depending on the program, which doesn't allow for much hanging out after school ends, but I'll have the whole month of August to do that. I really really really hope there's still space. I'm excited :)
Oooook. I need to go read Crime and Punishment on sparknotes... even though I read the book there's no way I'll pass a Murray test on it unless I read the sparknotes.
Here's to going back to school, to spending a month on a Carribean island, and to "Love Heals." Which, btdubs, if you haven't listened to it recently, you're missing out.
