week end eavors
Halloween was alright. I enjoyed whatever sacrelige there was in buying a super cheap nun's habit costume and making it into a flapper dress. It looked pretty damn good if I do say so myself. A can of hairspray and I even arranged some finger curls. Then there was a mediocre party and half of the school's Rocky Horror Picture Show, 2.5hrs of sleep and 8hrs of work.
Badly Drawn Boy was a really great show. I had no idea he had such a fantastic accent. Made me feel a little guilty for not ernestly listening to the two cd's of his I have. Leona opened and it was good to see her again, although I don't think her set really did the songs justice. Jess's friend Chuck was awesome and let us stay with him and then cooked us a hardcore pancakes and bacon breakfast in the morning. Good stuff.
