hello. I just thought I'd update because it's been a really long time. wow, it's really hard to type. after i finished my law paper i could type ridiculously fast but i haven't really done anything since the quarter ended a week ago so my skills have gone back into remission. yes, like cancer. the sunshine has been really really really nice. i love good weather. and hanging out with people. and i've read 4 books so far. i forgot how much i like reading. mikaela lent me this book called She's Come Undone. the front cover says "an ambitious, often stirring and hilarious book." the back says "...the second surprise is how such a string of trials and tribulations can add up to such a touchingly funny book." I'm on page 252 out of 463 and so far the main character has been abandoned by her father who abused and cheated on her mother (in front of her,) raped by the upstairs neighbor after she moved in with her grandma because her mom had been committed to a psychiatric hospital, lost a brother and an uncle. Her mother was killed. she became morbidly obese, failed out of college, was sexually assaulted, was raped again, this time by a fat woman, and has now started cutting herself. not a very cheerful book. it's well written though and pretty interesting
