I tend to not post on here much, I don't know why, I truly enjoy writing and using it to express my thoughts, ect. Maybe I'm just lazy...yeah, that is it.

I got a research paper back yesterday in Theatre History. It was on this kickass woman from the early 1800s that owned her own theatre company and invented tons of the theatre devises we still use

I'm having the same motivational distress in my classes- particularly Writing for Grad School! I know I'm doing the bare minimum, but the professor doesn't; she gives me 94-98% on every paper. And I slap them together a day or two beforehand... so why bother to try harder? That's always been my problem with essays. If I have to have an outline and rough draft by such date and then turn in the final draft on such date, my essays are even better-- but no college professor has time for that sort of thing. Peer editing? Pah! That's for suckers.

Anyway, I'm excited for grad school theses also!! I haven't decided what mine will be yet, but I know it's going to be rad. Probably a particular facet of the site at Harappa, or maybe Mohenjo Daro. ...Or something completely irrelevant, like my current essay on aniconism, iconoclasm, and politics in Islam! WOW. I am a geek. I love it though. I'm also interested in Etruscan art... and they just found a new site recently, so that'll be excavated for several years... maybe that's where I'll find my calling :D (Western art is boring though. HAHA, just kidding! I love the Renaissance!)
