(no subject)
This week I've been working on my portfolio before I officially bombard the city with resumes. I made several arrangements and took pictures with my 35mm + my macro lens. Thank god we have a tripod. The pictures came out okay, but I'm a little dissappointed with the lighting and the color response. I could have done a better job if I didn't half-ass my set-up-- I just used the halogen track-lighting in the kitchen and natural sunlight which made some of the shots too warm. Oh well. It's better than what I had before, that's for sure.
I've been painting my fingernails and toenails a lot lately. I feel all girly, and it's cool. There are lots of cool colors to choose from now. I wish Charlie would let me paint his toenails, but he won't! I even have manly colors like navy blue, blue, neon green...
I'm still going to the gym regularly which is pretty remarkable. My allergies have been bothering me a bit lately, so when I do my carido I have a really hard time controlling my breathing. I know, it would help if I quit smoking. I just cant bring myself to do it yet. One step at a time, I suppose.
God, I can't wait until the leaves change. FUCKING FOLIAGE!#$%^
