It has been a month since I made a post about SMAP Singles. My purpose then was to write whatever info I came across and will come across in the future. Being a baby smappie is tough because of too much info you get just about everyday. I admit having problems with memory, so I use my LJ to help me remember. Little did I know that it's not only helping me, but others who happen to read the post.
We might have a hard time following all SMAP activities. Simply because SMAP remains to be as ubiquitous as they are. At the end of the day, after all the news, shows, and videos we have heard and watched...we might just go back to their songs...their music. Twenty years of SMAP music is amazing. I think it's like spending twenty years of your life listening to their songs. And then we get to know some more ... extra things that we connect to the songs. It's interesting. It brings about more to what the songs were initially intended for.
SMAP Singles List is a growing list of things related to SMAP's singles released, so you may find some new and interesting things about the songs. I was able to get by arranging the data to make it more readable. It brings joy to me and I'm now in the phase of also wanting more SMAP fans to discover more about these lovely five men through their music.
Friends have helped me by sharing bits of info about the songs and I have just collated them here. Luckily, some videos are available in streaming sites matching the trivia posted. I thought it might be cool to include the links which the uploaders unselfishly shared to the world. I'd like to take this chance to thank all the uploaders of the videos. I couldn't properly express my appreciation for uploading the videos online. I hope that through this post more SMAP fans will be able to see and appreciate your hard work.
I posted an update note that I have some new info added in the Singles List. I also jumped at the chance of asking if it was a good idea to share it. I was unsure of what to do mainly because not all songs have trivia in it. I so would like the list to be complete with trivia. It's so much better if we have something to read in every song.
One of the many things that I'm very thankful for would be the quick responses I was able to get. It made me think of what to do better next. Originally, I planned to get just the videos of the interesting trivia. The other day I was able to get some of them and already made a post. Then help came in again....suggested video links and who would know that we can get more trivia based from the videos alone. So, it's the other way around this time.
The Live Concerts List was intended especially for the singles/coupling songs without trivia. This is because when I looked at the Singles List, some of the songs don't have any entry at all. I kinda felt sad, so what should be done next?~! Maybe there are available video clips of live concerts that can be collated. I think maybe even once it was performed in a single concert. However, if I'll push through with it, then I would have to do for all singles.
They had concerts since the 90's and you could just imagine how many songs are in a single night performance. For some of us who have watched most of their concert DVDs, we got the chance of seeing how amazingly they perform and at the same time feel how the fans welcome them wholeheartedly. SMAP Singles are concert favorites that when you check the concerts, some singles appear just about every year after it was released. Not to mention the times when they do encore of the songs. Now, another purpose was born! Perhaps we don't have time to watch the concerts in one sitting.Maybe we just would like to see our favorite singles and not actually watch the whole concert. This post will attempt to help in directing us to the right place to watch them. In addition, we all don't have the luxury of time always. So, a few minutes of time seeing SMAP's performance may be just enough for some of us.

Thinking about it this will probably my little way of giving back the SMAP Love that I've felt since I joined LJ.
A friend said that we can make a book just centering on SMAP. I definitely agree, but I think this is just a short chapter of the book we can let SMAP fans read.
