don't believe me? what did i tell you, it's just what anyone would say...
spanish was 200 questions. i didn't fail, i don't think, i just didn't do well. shucks corn. i'm glad it was my first exam. ping-pong was tough to 25 questions...man...geez, sometimes you need a break. so that only took like 15 min and we had 2 hours or so to spare and im having a coversation and this girl comes over and sits down and starts talking. now that is all good and fine. but then she saw my relient k button on my bookbag and asked what that was, i told her, and she laughed and was like o your serious, those types of bands exist, that sounds cheesey and preceded to make fun. note: if you want to make me mad, this is possibly a good way to start. i tried to shake it off and not go crazy and tried to lower her ignorance by explaining the concept to her how the songs were cool and uplifting her response was instead why don't they just take prozac or something to be happy instead of god, and she was dead serious. so then she starts asking me political questions, i personally don't try to get into these types of debates, b/c lots of people don't know what they are talking about and don't understand the concept of opinions. i told her i wasn't going to go into this but she persisted in making me mad, and decided to set her straight. my intention is not to force my views on people, when they are just saying stuff with no support and uses phrases like "my mom/dad says" it makes me really mad. once i showed her that she had no back up and that what happens politically effects real people's lives the only thing she could say is "oh". form your own opinions people, and back them up and know why you think that. ahhhh, makes me mad. hold me back!
