long bus ride back to peterborough. another trip home. another adventure crossed off of my "to-do-before-i-kick-the-bucket" list. another week of wanted to leave and wanting to stay. this week has also reinforced the fact that i feel... displaced. homeless, if you will. sault ste. marie isn't really home. but neither is peterborough. to quote the great NEIL DIAMOND.....
"l.a.'s fine but it aint home, and new york's home but it ain't mine no more."
just replace "l.a." with peterborough and "new york" with sault ste. marie.
that's pretty much how i feel.
i think i've finally decided on a tattoo. maybe i'll let you all know when i figure out the logistics.
maybe i'll surprise you.
but it's definitely going to be planned for sometime in the new year.
i am reading a tremendous book right now. hunter s. thompson is now my all time favorite author.
the man is a genious.
i need to buy more of his books.
