(no subject)
I've jut found a pair of pants that fit me completely. Like, perfect. And they're my brother's. Which is so weird, because he's a quite skinny, very fit 16-year old, and I'm a slightly chubby, quite curvy 21-year old. Ho do skinny boys have the same measurements as curvy girls? This is weird.
Anyway. Tomorrow, my family and I are going by ship to Denmark, then we're driving through Denmark to somewhere in Germany where we're meeting up with my aunt, uncle and cousins who are taking another ship there. Then we're driving through Germany and the Netherlands to Amsterdam. Staying there for two nights before we're going to a house in a town called Bergen up North for a fe days before we're driving to Hamburg and then home. I haven't been on a holiday with my family since I was 16, so it's going to be nice. I feel like I'm old enough to be over the "omg holidays with parents are so boring" and just appreciate a good time with nice people and most things paid for. Endless hours in a car, though... Good thing I'm able to read in a car without getting sick. I was also thinking about the possibility of bringing my computer, but the battery only lasts for two hours or so. So I guess.. Books it is. Which means I have to go to the library, because the books I brought home weren't enough to last me through a week at the cabin.
What sucks a little bit, though, is that French boy left Amsterdam today or something. So we're missing each other by a few days. It would have been really nice and interesting to see him again..
