1)Nicola’s favorite name had always been Perpugillaim. She when she knew she was going to have a daughter, she wanted to name her Perpugilliam. Originally, Colin didn’t want to name their daughter that. But when Nicola passed away, he made it Nicola’s wish.
2)Peri always had a step stool in order to get into the cabinets and shelves that were out of her reach.
3)She never told her father that she over heard him talking with the fortune teller.
4)Peri always talked with her stuffed animals, pretending they were real and were her friends.
5)Shortly after Peri and her father arrived in Jerusalem, her father and grandfather built a play house out back for her so she could have a place to herself.
6)She always enjoyed it when her grandmother would take her to the zoo, where they would spend practically all day there.
7)It was her grandmother who was mainly her teacher, although her father helped with math.
8)Peri doesn’t remember how old she was when her grandparents were killed. But she does know it’s been about two years.
9)She would like to know who really did kill her grandparents, as well as where her father was taken.
10)Peri knows that there is no way she could get into heaven, so now she just fulfills what was intended for her.

16)She looks up to Randy and Zahir, finding them both calm and collected.
17)When Peri first met Cinnamon, she found her kind of annoying, but she’s actually happy she knows her considering Cinnamon is one of the first people who treated Peri like a friend.
