Yay! I love episode commentaries. Yours are fantastic - you've inspired me to gush profusely about my favourite episode (one of), 'Soul Survivor' in season two. Takes me a while, though! I haven't seen this episode in ages - perhaps because I can't spell the title without guessing and having spellcheck pick me up on it, so I've developed a sort of prejudice ;)
Oh, how I love Kitt in season one. He's so fantastically sarcastic and superior. Have you seen 'A Plush Ride' recently - his 'Where are your pants?' banter with Michael is superb ('No, it's an example of *your* logic')!
Giddy giddy giddy. And is it me, or does Robin look a little like (an older) Natalie Portman?
Unfortunately, I'm not going to have time to go into this much detail about *all* of them, even for the Sex Project. But I do love this episode like *crazy*, so I couldn't resist. It's just nicely constructed, the plot builds well, there's excitement and adventure and snarky comments from KITT. They never once use the turbo-boost, which is a little odd, but really it's good. And Robin's cute without ever being helpless (well except when she's stuck in the tank).
I love A Plush Ride!! :D And oh, yeah, Soul Survivor is one of my *favorites*!! I'm going to have to look for your gushings on it. I'll probably do a fair chunk of gushing about it myself when I get there, but at the rate I'm going that might be a while.
I'm *so* glad to have made you giddy.
(No it's not you on the Natalie Portman thing. I can see it in the cheekbones.)

Gushing praise now posted! Pardon the wonky formatting. And the lack of Michael-love (not many caps!) I made lots of little notes for a proper episode review but that's a dangerous path to start down, so I trimmed it down into a general pondering of what I love in particular about the story! There is so much more to mention and poke holes in, though, so I can't wait for your commentary :D

Dangerous?? But it would be so much *fun*!! :D Though it is awfully time consuming.
Your post is much more thinky and insightful than mine. Mine's more on the "oo pretty" and "wiggly butts!" level. :D
I just posted a mountainous comment that may or may not be even slightly comprehensible on your Soul Survivor post. :D It's as long as an LJ comment's allowed to be, almost to the letter.
And yes, it was a *lovely* day off! We got *lots* of snow yesterday -- I think we got something like 7 or 8 inches in our suburb! But it all fell so quickly that driving home from my *quick* trip to the library was actually a little nerve-wracking (white out conditions)!
But as a very happy result of the snowfall and bad traffic, I got to have Ande over for dinner and some game-show watching and snarking, and she even helped me with an icon! (See my most recent LJ post -- I didn't realize until this morning the reason that it got my attention and looked so oddly familiar to me... birds on barbed wire sound familiar to YOU, Sara?) *grin*
