LA LA Lalala la la la!
Today was uneventful until adult choir practice. I went to empire, got more anime to watch... snagged a New Type Yay! Did kids choir... ya know, meh, normal day. Then we cracked open the Fourth of July Contata we are gonna sing. Let me tell you, it isn't a contata it's a CONtaTA! I know the rest of the choir was like O_o he expect us to sing this?! But there I was with an ever growing grin on my face. FINALLY! A CHALLENGE! The last time I was challenged vocally was when I got Christines' solo in the Angel of Music score of Phantom of the Opera. I bout killed myself trying to hit those WAY high notes at the end but I did it. Now, there is this. I am so excited! At the end of practice Tim (the director peeps!) looks over at me with a big grin and goes, I have a challenge for you. I was given a very high, very hard, VERY fast solo and I can't stop grinning! I am SO excited!
