(no subject)
i did nothing today.
i couldn't even get into my cross stitch...did it for maybe 2 hrs...although the one i am working on right now, it kinda bores me...but i want to finish it.
making wild rice right now, added mushrooms and peas and onion and garlic flavoring to it...smells good...it's 11pm, realized i didn't eat today. never made wild rice before, figure i like white rice with peas, so i'll probably like wild rice with veggies too.
tons of thoughts about alan (from work, not the one from the past) today. not romantic ones, to be honest, i think i remember seeing a ring on his finger. but just thoughts. normally, that means that the person will be in my life awhile. had it with jim, had it with some other friends (guys and girls).
i always like that feeling. i like making new friends.
ohh...my rice is done...a little too wet, guess i added too much water...let it sit a little...
