OH MY GOD, A POST
Yeah, I know. I posted the other day, for 4th of July. And before that, I hadn't posted since July 4th 2014.
But I need a place to post a lot of text where only OLD friends are seeing this...
Terrible admission ahead:
I'm crushing on a 25 year old.
No seriously. So I have this thing about Hawkeye -- everyone who knows me knows this. It's mostly a Jeremy Renner thing, yeah. But I do keep an eye out for HANDSOME Hawkeye cosplayers at events. Saw a great one at NYCC2013. And then there was a really cute one at AnimeBoston.
Then, I got involved with a local cosplay volunteer group. And the cute Hawkeye from AnimeBoston is part of that. We both participated in an event this past Friday, and because he was cosplaying Hawkeye and I was cosplaying Mockingbird, being the comic geeks we are, we kinda gravitated together and ended up talking a bunch. And OMG he's adorkable. Totally. But he's 25!!!! That's WELL outside my acceptable range. I'll take a +/- 10 years. That gives me a pass for C. Evans and S. Stan. But this guy... He's just so adorable.
AND... I'm friggen married. And it's not like I'm considering CHEATING or any of that nonsense. Sheesh. I love my husband. I just... god this guy is cute.
Mostly I think its the age thing that's messing me up. He's SO YOUNG..... I think it's the first time I've been attracted to a man almost 20 *shudder* years younger than me....
