Three day weekend. that is pretty cool, I am having trouble keeping up with Algebra I. Throughout the weekend I haven't done comedy ONCE yet. I am pissed. I really need to hop back on stage and continue to kick ass.
I did see some comedy last night though. Brian Apprille did pretty well last night. It is the third time I saw him and I still laughed. Jen Adams was pretty good. I was suprised. She is a woman, yet I laughed at three of her jokes. Kickass. We exchanged cards, turns out she produces shows, I will have to look into that.
There was also a sketch comedy troupe. They were not that great. I will plug them however, Omish Television. A lot of people were laughing, so maybe they are funny. I just didn't see it. There was one funny guy in the whole troupe. He played a Sam Kinnison double, it rocked.
I got a call from Kelly Kay asking me to sing Timerous Me by Ted Leo. I did awfully. I might as well have have bene licked a helmet as I did it, I sounded awful. I stink at everything...except for comedy. BA DOOM CHA. I need tog et my shit together with this show thing. I could just borrow a PA and do it somewhere, but then John probably wouldnt come down to do it. Egh. Why do I have to plan stuff :/
This post isnt funny at all, geez. It is either the fact I wrote two top notch jokes yesterday and sued up all my funny. Or the fact that I just evacuated all my funny out of my johnson faster than the florida residents! BA DOOM CHA.
I want, neigh, NEED to buy three things. Jim Norton CD (one of the best comics around). The rich Vos DVD (one of the best comics around. VOTE FOR HIM FOR LCS 3) and a pink shirt that says "On the internet, I am a 15 year old girl."
Anyways. I hope the death toll is somewhere in the 100's for the Florida hurricane. No one ever dies on my watch :/. Anyone up for starting a pool for the death count? If everyone is evacuated, we can do a Homes Destroyed pool. Sound good? Anyone In?
