left you with nothing, but they want some more

Whenever I write goals down online, they never seem to come into fruition.  It's as if web-publication dooms my aspirations.  Nevertheless, I remain obstinate.  Let's try this again.

1.  Write for at least an hour every day.  This does not mean that I won't write for longer when I'm working on stories (quite on the contrary). This does mean that on days when I'm not working on a specific piece, that I shall still write something or anything for an hour.

2.  Begin to quit smoking.  This month I shall smoke 4-5 cigarettes a day, in January 3-4 cigarettes a day, February days 2-3 cigarettes will be allowed only, March 1-2, and hopefully by April I will be down to one a day.  Goal: completely quit the nasty habit by May.

3.  Exercise every other day.  Doesn't really matter what kind of exercise.  I'm just sick of my weight fluctuating.

4.  Apply for freelance writing jobs and projects every weekend. I need the extra cash.
