PharmTechs probably think I'm mad
You must read this while making a face like the happy fellow in my icon who asks for a Tootsie Pop. That's pretty much my expression when I'm happu. So I tootle off to Walgreen's to pick up a prescription. I am already in an excellent mood because it's night time & I have no children with me, it's a lovely fall evening. There are no cars at the drive-through and no pharmacist tech person. I settle in to listen to Velvet Acid Christ and just tune out. Suddenly a voice asks nicely how she may help me. I oggle the very large, well-lit window but there's no one there. My response? :-D :-D :-D Hullo disembodied voice!!! That poor patient woman carefully walked me through what I wanted & who I was. She looked a little taken aback at my daft, joyous expression when she arrived at the window in person.
