Most of this sounds awesome: the animals are fed very well, kept in family groups, not transported to slaughter, and isolated from other types of animals. But I just have to wonder about how they describe the individual flavour of the animal. Well, Joe here had a predilection for cactus, so his meat is a little on the spikey side. Bessy liked to stay real fit, always the most active in the herd so her steak is pretty lean. Joanna there was a big ol' bitch, queen of the herd! So her roast really packs a punch. And then there's Bob. Bob was a lazy son of a bitch, so you're going to find that his hamburger quite on the fatty side.
