Wooooooooooooo!!!!!!
I studied my ass off, including every moment not sleeping or working for the last few days. I took yesterday off and studied from 7am straight thru to 230am and got up at 5am to go to the testing site to sit in their lot (cause it was snowy and I didn't want to be late) and study more - ALL worth it! I'm now Teri S., PHR! Official, certified Professional of Human Resources!
I now know 800 boring facts, like the Hawthorne effect and the minimum # of employees an employer needs to be required to comply with the ADEA. Even though I thought I was prepared as hell, though, the test really stressed me. 3.5 hours of tension. I finished at around 3 hours and started reviewing, but after I changed a couple, I decided I'd better stop before I really blew it.
Time to party this weekend!!! (Okay, I'm actually going to be working at the hotel, but I am going to finally watch some dvds, read some non-PHR books, and possibly finally install Lich King or something.) Woooo!
