2008 IS ALMOST OVER, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?
Lost a friend?
Yes. I even got to make her cry afterward. (She broke my friend's heart so it felt necessary at the time. Really all I did was ignore her. Oh, so heartbreaking for her.)
Stayed single almost the whole year?
Yeah. The entire year, actually. This is the first year where I haven't really wanted to be single, though. Meh.
Kissed someone new?
No. I can think of someone new I'd like to kiss, though. I can actually think of a few people I've never kissed before that I might like to. Except one of them doesn't even live in the same state as I do and she's got a girlfriend anyway.
Had your heart broken?
No. The only person who did any damage to my heart was myself.
Had a stalker?
No.
Lost someone?
I just found out that my sister's dog (who used to belong to my brother) died today. So if that counts, then yes. I'm not as sad as I thought I would be.
Cut class?
Yeah. I just ended up dropping out of my class during the Spring semester. I just thought "Fuck it," one day and didn't go back.
Were involved in something you'll never forget?
I think the one thing I won't forget for a while is the day my baby nephew gave me my first real hug from him. It was very sweet.
Visited a different country?
No.
Cooked a gross meal?
I don't cook. =P
Lost something important to you?
Not that I recall. I almost lost my cell phone but I found it under a shoe shelf at Ross.
Got a gift you adore?
Yes. :) It was probably the coolest most thoughtful gift anyone has ever given me.

No. You specified coffee table, though, so this isn't counting all the other times I bumped into shit and stuff. ;)

Of course. I read constantly. One of the books I read and enjoyed: The Perks of Being A Wallflower.

Did you break up with anyone?
I didn't have a boyfriend or a girlfriend this year. So, no.
Were you broken up with?
No.
Did you get anything for Valentine's day?
I think I got candy from a friend.
Did you meet anyone special?
I met someone I have a big crush on. But who's to say if he's special. I don't even know him. Yet. We'll see.
Do you like someone right now?
Definitely.
2008: Friends and Enemies
Did you meet any new friends this year?
Acquaintances, really.
Did you dislike anyone?
Yeah. My friend's ex girlfriend.
Did you make any new enemies?
Although I wasn't very nice to said ex-girlfriend, I highly doubt she is my enemy now. I think she knows better than that.
Did you resolve any fights?
I didn't really get in any fights. It could have come close if I hadn't stayed away, though.
Who are your closest friends?
None of my friends and I are really that close anymore. I've become a little hermit-esque. It's not a good thing. I need to work on it.
Did you grow apart from anyone?
Yeah. Well, I actually grew apart from her in '07 or maybe '06, but seeing her this year just reinforced that. You know how you can not see someone for a while and you miss them so much and forget why not seeing them is in your best interest? Yeah. That.
Do you have any regrets when it comes to your friendships?
Yes. I basically just regret not making more of a point to see them. I've been closed in on myself lately.

My family ate cake. I refused it.

My family wanted to have a party. I really didn't, but participated because they can all guilt-trip you like Hell.

I don't remember. That's kind of funny since it was less than a month ago.

Did you dye your hair?
Burgundy.
Did you get your hair cut?
Yep. I lopped it all off. It was down to past my waist and it's now chinlength in the front and super-short in the back.
Did you change your style?
I don't really think so. I did have to buy some new clothes that wouldn't fall off of me, but they weren't really a new "style."
Were you in school?
For a short time.
Did you get good grades?
I didn't finish the course.
Did you own a car?
Yes.

Nope.

Yes. Just across town.
Did you go on any vacations?
I had a vacation from work but didn't go anywhere. I actually ended up getting really sick.

Was 2008 a good year?
Parts were good. Parts were bad. Emotionally and mentally? Very bad for the most part. I felt as though I hit a low point.
Do you think 2009 will top 2008?
Let's hope so. I really can't form an opinion right now. If I did it would be a silly pessimistic one anyway.
