Two daft drabbles
A couple of drabbles I wrote last night. I don't know if anyone has written something similar before, if so I apologise. If not I still apologise for the gags!
Reading about Steel chasing patches of light, in P.J.Hammond's novelisation of assignment one, seems more amusing than when watching on the screen.

Sapphire, I’ve found it.
I’m coming Steel.
Sapphire rushed to join Steel as the patch of light danced away across the floor. Suddenly all the lights went up and the circle of light disappeared. A voice floated down from above.
“Do you think you’ll be able to follow spot Cinderella tonight?”
Steel wasn’t pleased, fighting Time was more difficult in theatres.

Summary: Steel and Silver have cornered Time but why does it keep disappearing?
Sapphire come quick we’ve cornered time.
Sapphire swiftly went to the corner of the house Steel and Silver were working in. “We need your help Sapphire. The entity keeps appearing and disappearing.”
The small disc of light winked in and out on the floor and walls. Sapphire reached forward and grabbed Silver’s wrist. Turning his arm the light reappeared on the wall.
“Silver, you’re not supposed to take things out of their time period,” admonished Sapphire. Silver looking embarrassed took off the watch.
