This review is from: Lady and the Tramp II Scamp's Adventure
I have seen this movie, and I must say that I'm extremely disappointed in it. First off, Tramp was just caring for his young pup, who DID break the rules of the home. Secondly, Scamp had no right to sass off to his father when he gave Scamp a lecture about rules. Yes, we have rules for a reason, and they are to be obeyed, whether we like it or not.Thirdly, Scamp is a child who cannot take rules, and therefore runs away? Excuse me? This movie is extremely disrespectful to parents, and authorities. I was taken aback when I heard Scamp call his parents "House Dogs," that deserves a lashing from the parents.I'm sorry, but this movie is totally anti-Christian, and is completely contrary to the Fourth Commandment:"Honor Your Father and Mother, AND Those In Authority, For They Are Here To Do You Good." So, nil on this movie. Furthermore, I cannot stand the "Junkyard Dogs"... what is so great about living on the street, or in a junkyard? As the adage goes " Cleanliness is next to godliness." Meaning, TAKE BATHS AND FIND A HOME, JUNKYARD DOGS. So, in conclusion, this movie is NOT for the Christian, and a person who loves this movie, and claims to be a Christian, is not really a Christian... Period. A Christian boy shows honor, respect for his family, and authorities, and follows rules. I had this movie, and I'm glad I threw it out. Christians, please throw your copies of this movie out.
